JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
Collaborate with Project Leaders (Account Team) to understand client's requirements and budgets.
Analyze the brief, give advice and orientation of the concept, style,[protected info] is suitable and creative.
Be responsible for all 2D items within the scope of the assigned project: KV, POSM, booth, stage...
Present the creation, receive feedback from Manager/Director and/or clients, then edit/suggest the solutions or finalize the creation based on the comments received
Collaborate with 3D
Designers to adapt key visuals and other 2D items into the respective 3D designs
Discuss project timelines and progress with Project Leader and clients
Deploy drawings and technical designs for printing. Monitor the printing and production process to ensure the accuracy of the materials and timeline.
Research and stay updated on new trends in art, color, typography... related to the field of events/advertising to always innovate the ideas and products
Support and train Juniors
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
College or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or a related field
At least 3 years of relevant working experience in Event/Advertising agencies
Exhibit strong design style, ability to create original designs, and fluency in current graphic design software
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities; meet deadlines and work well under pressure
Quick sketching skills are an advantage
Good organizational skills and communication skills; have a keen eye for detail
