Senior 3D Designer (Event/Activation)

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
Collaborate closely with Project Leaders (Account Teams) to receive and interpret briefs, providing creative insights and design direction aligned with project goals.
Take full ownership of all 3D design deliverables within assigned projects - from stages, key visuals, and booths to complete spatial experiences.
Present design concepts and ideas to internal teams, respond to feedback, and refine executions to ensure the highest creative and technical quality.
Proactively identify and resolve any design or production challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
Participate in client meetings when needed to discuss creative approaches, project scope, complexity, and timelines alongside Managers and Accounts.
Work hand-in-hand with the 2D and Motion teams to ensure visual consistency and elevate the overall creative output.
Mentor and guide junior designers, and support the recruitment process for new design talent.
Stay up to date with design trends, materials, techniques, and emerging software/tools to continuously enhance creative output.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
Education: College or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or a related field
Experience: At least 3 - 4 years of relevant working experience in Event/Advertising agencies
Skills & Knowledge:
Proficient in key 3D design software such as Unreal, 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Maya, or equivalent.
Skilled in modeling, texturing, rendering, and lighting with a strong understanding of spatial composition and realism.
High sense of aesthetics, creativity, and attention to detail; able to translate abstract ideas into impactful visuals.
Strong time management and organizational skills - capable of handling multiple projects and tight deadlines simultaneously.
Personality:
Ready to work for long hours and even OT, under tight deadlines and must be able to handle pressure well.
