• Client management: build and maintain good relationship with current clients.
• Project management: coordinating with related department: Creative, Field Operation,
Procurement, technology & data team to prepare proposal, quotation to bid and deploy
projects from clients to ensure service excellence.
• Develop new business: approach and build new clients.
• Responsible for billing/revenue target.
• Team management: Involving in recruitment, training, coaching, supervising, and
evaluating team members.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• At least 3 years' relevant experience in BTL marketing agency (event/activation) or marketing of FMCG
companies.
• Excellent client service skill and
business development.
• Excellent commercial skills with attention to detail.
• Good Project management skill.
• Leadership skills and a positive attitude.
• Independence and initiative.
• A structured and disciplined approach to project management.
• Fluent command of written and spoken English.
