Key Responsibilities:
Manage and execute projects, including product delivery, training, inspiration, and influencer campaigns.
Build and manage project timelines and spot plans.
Oversee quality control from briefing to production.
Coordinate and align internal meetings, ensuring follow-ups and pushing for timely completion of tasks.
Monitor project progress and inform the
Account Manager (AM) of any issues.
Responsible for generating and delivering all project reports.
Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, particularly KOLs.
Key Deliverables:
Achieve KPIs, ensure cost efficiency, and on-time project completion.
Ensure timely airing of outcomes.
Get approval within two rounds of revisions.
Ensure internal teams deliver work on time and with quality.
Provide clear project status updates in a timely manner.
Submit reports on time with one round of revisions.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Strong knowledge of influencer marketing and communications.
Previous experience on the agency side.
Can-do attitude, proactive, patient, and strong critical thinking.
Ability to work under pressure.
Passion for beauty and trends.
Strong communication skills.
Expertise in social media voice, trends, and creating trendy content.
Excellent teamwork ability.
Creative with a good sense of art (a plus).
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
High emotional intelligence (EQ).
