Mô tả công việc
Directly work with Clients, Related Offices and Internal team for inbound & outbound briefs, booking KOLs, control the cost & SOW of KOLs, key person to deal with KOLs / Influencers.
Manage projects in accordance with planning and ideas aligned with Clients.
Finish campaign on deadline and deliver work quality committed with Clients.
Being responsible for closing contracts (liquidation, campaign report, etc.).
Client management during and after the project, acts as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs.
Follow up with any problems which customers may have and provide after-sales service to continuously improve service
Learn to use the platform of Company to analyze and filter KOLs for each project.
Recruit and manage exclusive/ partnership KOLs/talents for Company.
Other tasks as assigned by Managers.
Communication smoothly and clearly with clients and project members
Yêu cầu
+3 years in account management, ideally in a Social Commerce, E-commerce environment
Experience in generating ideas, writing dialogues for viral videos is an advantage.
Coordinate well with other departments to achieve the best work efficiency.
Good writing ability, creative thinking, good Vietnamese language skills.
Good communication skills, independent, able to work under pressure.
Motivate to do multiple projects at the same time
Passion, enthusiasm, creativity in content
Properly understand and follow the direction of management
Ensure skills: Listening - Speaking - Reading - Comprehension.
Good observation and attention to detail.
Good at managing personal tasks (check list, action plan, ...)
