JOB SUMMARY
Account Executives are responsible for prospecting for new business, upselling within the current client base. This position works closely with clients throughout projects, often daily for making sure that all the activities related to events go smoothly, ensuring that all completed on time and on budget.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Client service
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Meet and liaise with clients to discuss and identify their requirements and to gain insights on the needs
Planning
• Conduct the debrief meeting to devise approach direction that meets the client's brief
• Conduct the brainstorming under guide or support of Senior level/Mentor to create unique & competitive ideas
• Coordinate closely with related teams to get full materials for writing proposal
• Responsible (partial or fully) for writing proposals and conducting presentations
• Make 'pitches' along with other project members to win new business
Project Management
• Work closely with the project team to ensure client's satisfaction
• Prepare master timeline, checklist. Write MC scripts, program rundown, execution plan, etc.
• Make an execution plan/task list and allocate the resource to complete
• Follow up on project progress and support project members to ensure all work is completed on schedule and as required
• Identify and handle problems that arise during project implementation
• Execute other parts of event assigned by Project Leader
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• 1 years of experience working in event agency with similar jobs or position
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese and English; particularly in relation to proposals and presentation
• Strong business sense, sharp, well-spoken and confident
• Ability to think strategically and creatively to make a difference
• Ability to work long hours, especially under tight deadline (occasionally)
• Able to manage up to 4 projects at the same time
• Strong organizational skills
