Account Executive to join our team.
Job Overview:
As a Planner Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships, creating and implementing strategic campaigns, and leading a team of account executives. You will work closely with other departments to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, strategic thinker, and team player.
1. Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning (40%)
Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes to develop strategic advertising campaigns that align with client objectives.
Collaborate with clients to define campaign goals, KPIs, and overall marketing strategies.
Provide strategic recommendations and insights to guide creative and media teams in crafting impactful campaigns.
Evaluate campaign performance data to refine strategies and ensure continuous improvement.
Support
business development efforts by contributing to pitches and proposals with strategic inputs.
- Project Management (60%)
Oversee the entire lifecycle of advertising campaigns, from initial briefing to final delivery.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient execution and client satisfaction.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (creative, media, production) to meet deadlines and deliver campaigns within scope.
Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment throughout the project.
Monitor campaign progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to address challenges promptly.
Prepare detailed post-campaign reports, highlighting results and actionable insights for future projects.
2. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
At least 5+ years of experience in account management at an advertising agency
Have at least 2 year of experience in the Senior Account Executive position.
Less than 1year of experience at a single company and freelance work are not recognized as experience
Applicants are required to know how to prepare/write proposals.
We don't hire marketers or clients. We only hire from advertising agencies.
