Job Description
1. Client Service:
Meet and liaise with clients to discuss and identify their requirements and to gain insights on the needs of clients, market practices, brand awareness, marketing objectives in terms of sales, market shares and competitor products.
2. Concept Proposal/Quotation:
Take brief from client
Brainstorm ideas for proposals of social plan
Brief art direction & idea with Creative team
Manage & work with internal team to submit social plan
Coordinate to project team to get full materials for social plan
Prepare materials and equipment for the client pitch
(Support Project Leaders) to collect the internal cost and make quotation
Prepare & present social plan to client
3. Project Follow-up:
Liaise between the client and all third parties involved in, ensuring a timely completion of projects
Work closely with the project team to ensure client's satisfaction
Handle daily operation of the social campaigns
Prepare master timeline, checklist. Write social content, execution plan...
Make a task list and allocate the resources to execute the campaign
Choose suitable suppliers for the projects. Ensure that the projects stay within the allocated budget, and maintain optimal budget
· Collaborate with Influencers and KOLs/KOCs to achieve marketing & branding objectives
Represent the company at film/photoshoot locations to take care of clients as well as ensure that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner
Prepare and present social market review weekly and monthly for internal team
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report to review campaign progress for client and internal team
Do paperwork such as contract, payment advance and liquidation, etc.
4. Others:
Support Line Manager with the daily running task
Report to Line Manager on a weekly basis
Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
Keep Management Team updated with Competitors activities or Industry trend
Benefits
Salary: 13 - 18 million VND.

Job Requirements
At least 2 years' experience in similar position in social marketing agencies
Extensive knowledge of Marketing/Social marketing
Close relationships and networking with Influencers and KOLs/KOCs
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to work under pressure. Willing to work overtime/during weekends for job result and quality.
Passionate, collaborative, outgoing, proactive and creative
Proficient in verbal and written communications in both English and Vietnamese, particularly in relation to proposals and presentation
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook Express) and Internet tools
BA degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Foreign Language, Business Administration, Communications
