Senior Account Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES
Build good client rapport.
Be initiative in account management tasks: meet with clients, take briefs, brainstorm, research brand/consumer insights, etc...
Coordinate with Creative team for always-on content delivery and the Social team for KPIs/Platform Management.
Be responsible for organizing and managing the internal team's work, ensuring timely completion and quality of work.
Making reports to reflect project progress, including risks, benefits, KPIs achievement to Account Manager/Account Director.
Support the follow-up and follow-through of all project-related paperwork.
Manage project's timelines and deliverables & control third-party costs within budget.
REQUIREMENTS
At least 2 years of experience in a digital agency, Influencer Affiliate Marketing or Influencer Marketing.
Result-driven and have a good sense of responsibility as well as a strong enthusiasm.
Fluent in English.
Good interpersonal and analytic thinking skills, result-oriented.
Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
Working well under pressure and being a proactive problem solver.
Effective multi-tasking, time management, presentation skills, and innovative thinking.
