JOB DESCRIPTION:
Account & Relationship Management:
Collaborate with Account Managers to meet daily client expectations and ensure satisfaction.
Provide solutions to achieve project objectives and KPIs, managing client expectations for timelines, budget, and deliverables.
Planning & Execution Management:
Assist in creating tailored client credentials and case studies.
Prepare content for client inductions, debriefs, reviews, reports, and timelines, obtaining senior approval.
Supervise Account Executives in collecting and supporting client materials.
Quality Assurance and Operations:
Review outputs to ensure they meet client requirements and provide accurate feedback.
Identify project risks and develop contingency plans.
People Development:
Develop and manage Account Executives and interns (if applicable), supporting their professional growth.
Paperwork:
Prepare and distribute project reports, status updates, and performance summaries to clients and internal stakeholders.
Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and other necessary documentation for client engagements.
Ensure all project-related paperwork, including contracts and invoices, is filed and managed appropriately.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge & experiences
University graduate majoring in Advertising/ Marketing/Digital/ Communication or related field is preferred
+3 years of experience (Agency)
Good at Microsoft office (word, excel, PowerPoint)
Skills/Abilities
Able to lead 2-4 projects at complex level simultaneously
Good interpersonal skill
Ability to think strategically about issues, equitable delivery of agency and client support, and message development.
Good written and verbal communication skills (Both in Vietnamese and English)
Proficiency in project management techniques, tools, and methodologies to effectively plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns.
Attention to detail / Well-organized in the way of working & thought process
Proper delivery internally & externally in all aspects: documents/works/communication
Adaptable, can work under pressure
