Own Client Relationships
Act as the primary point of contact (PIC) for assigned clients, building strong and long-term partnerships
Serve as the main bridge between clients and internal creative, strategy, and production teams
Ensure clear, consistent communication across all stakeholders
Manage client expectations, feedback, and priorities throughout the campaign lifecycle
Drive Strategic Advisory
Understand client brand objectives, marketing goals, target audience, and campaign KPIs
Act as a consultative partner, proactively refining briefs to ensure stronger creative and performance outcomes
Translate needs into clear briefs and actionable plans
Proactively recommend solutions, improvements, and new opportunities
Ensure Delivery Alignment
Work closely with internal teams to ensure projects are on track
Align scope, timelines, and priorities across stakeholders
Identify risks early and coordinate solutions
Ensure output meets client expectations and quality standards
Grow Accounts & Commercial Value
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with client goals
Support proposal development and scope definition
Ensure scope clarity and support change request discussions
Contribute to account growth and long-term value
Client Reporting & Communication
Deliver clear status updates and performance insights
Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business reviews
Translate data into meaningful recommendations and next steps
Yêu cầu
5-7+ years of experience in Account Management (agency or in-house), with a proven track record of owning key accounts and driving client outcomes
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to understand business goals and translate them into clear, actionable plans
Excellent prioritisation and stakeholder management skills, able to navigate complexity and align multiple parties effectively
Strong communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
Nice to have:
Experience working with international clients, particularly in Australia or similar markets
Background in marketing, digital, or professional services environments
Exposure to regulated industries (finance, healthcare, professional services)
