Senior Admin Executive (Workplace Experience)

Responsibilities
Manage the delivery of high-quality workplace soft services including but not restricted to workplace well-being, workplace auditing, Flexiwork (hybrid working model), office setup & development, legal affairs, expat relocating, business domestic/overseas trip arrangements; foreign visitors hosting, and in-house engagement activities.
Act as Administrative Business Partner to KMS entity(s) to provide dedicated workplace soft services at full scope and be the point of contact for workplace day-to-day operations feedback or matters.
Coordinates with the IT Apps team to determine and brief new as well as develop, enhance, and/or maintain technology tools for Admin operations.
Understand & implement relevant processes and procedures to make sure all assigned tasks are undertaken with high consistency & standards.
Pilot and develop new and innovative ways to improve workplace service experience. Work collaboratively with cross-functional partners, team members and stakeholders to support the delivery of service excellence, continuously evaluating existing processes and systems to identify areas of improvement.
Serve as the window for employees in sharing their feedback and challenges relating to the workplace in order to address their needs and issues in a timely manner.
Take on occasional stretch assignments, initiatives, projects, and engagement activities (partner with HR) to support on an ad-hoc basis.
Advise Line Manager on planning to ensure the team goals are met.
