About the Role
We're looking for a Senior AI Engineer to lead the development and optimisation of generative AI features across both research and production. You'll work closely with the Head of AI to improve model quality, streamline pipelines, and launch features that reach real users. This is a high-impact role with significant ownership and autonomy.
What You'll Do
Lead the development of new AI-powered features from concept to production
Build and optimise training pipelines and inference systems
Design and implement benchmarks to measure and improve model performance
Collaborate with researchers to bring cutting-edge models into production
Mentor junior engineers and guide architectural decisions
Drive speed, scalability, and reliability across their AI systems
Requirements
5+ years of experience in production ML, with a focus on computer vision or image generation
Expert-level proficiency in PyTorch and large-scale ML infrastructure
Experience with diffusion models, GANs, or modern generative architectures
Proven track record optimising models for quality, speed, and cost
Strong quantitative and benchmarking skills
Bachelors or Masters in CS, AI, or related field
Must be based in Vietnam

Experience shipping AI features in creative or design tools
Published research in top conferences (e.g., CVPR, ICCV, NeurIPS)
Proven ability to translate academic research into production systems
Strong systems design and architecture experience
