Senior App Designer Figma

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will play a key role in designing and optimizing financial products focus on Payment/Investment/ Lending/ Insurance, making investment, lending, and insurance services more accessible and effective for users.

What you will do

Lead Design & Enhance User Experience

• Take ownership of UI/UX design and optimization for financial products, including Investment, Lending, and Insurance.
• Develop seamless, intuitive, and user-friendly experiences, ensuring simplicity and clarity.
• Leverage data & user research to drive design decisions and enhance personalization.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Implementation

• Work closely with Product Owner, Business Analysts, and Developers to ensure products meet user needs and business objectives.
• Proactively organize brainstorming sessions and internal workshops to generate creative design ideas.
• Utilize A/B Testing, Heatmaps, and Analytics to evaluate design effectiveness and drive continuous improvements.

Design System & UI Consistency

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs with a systematic approach, ensuring consistency with MoMo's Design System.
• Contribute to Design System development, building Design Tokens across multiple platforms.
• Apply Motion UI and Microinteractions to enhance user experience (experience with Animation, Lottie, ProtoPie is a plus).

Mentorship & Team Development

• Mentor and coach junior designers, enhancing team capabilities through knowledge sharing and internal training.
• Contribute to optimizing design workflows, ensuring efficiency and high-quality product delivery.

Experience & Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in UI/UX Design, preferably in Fintech (Banking, Lending, Investment, Insurance) or Super Apps.
• Experience in leading design projects, managing teams, or closely collaborating with Product & Engineering teams to implement effective solutions.
• Proficiency in Figma, with experience in AI-powered design tools being a plus.
• Deep understanding of Fintech UX, especially in lending, investment, and insurance experiences.
• Strong knowledge of Design Systems, Material Design, and Human Interface Guidelines

Additional Skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and defend design decisions to stakeholders.
• Creative problem-solving mindset, eager to explore and apply new technologies in design.
• Experience with UX Writing, Microcopy is a plus.
• Familiarity with Motion UI, Microinteractions (Animation, Lottie, ProtoPie) is an advantage.
