SENIOR ARCHITECT (BIM & DIGITAL WORKFLOWS)

ROLE PURPOSE
We are looking for a Senior Architect to lead architectural BIM modeling, complex documentation delivery, and model coordination. In this role, you will focus on high-precision technical execution, digital workflow integration, quality control, and client collaboration-ensuring all models and drawing packages meet exact standards and project execution plans.
(Note: This role focuses on advanced BIM delivery, technical documentation, and workflow optimization rather than original conceptual design).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DAILY TASKS
1. BIM Modeling & Documentation Delivery
Lead and oversee the production of complex architectural BIM models and coordinated drawing packages (DD/CD) using Revit and related tools.
Review, audit, and refine architectural models to ensure strict compliance with client standards, BEP (BIM Execution Plan), and project requirements.
Perform quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) on model integrity, parameters, and sheet setup before final delivery.
Coordination & Clash Management
Set up and manage federated models for multi-disciplinary coordination and clash detection workflows.
Run clash reports, identify spatial conflicts, and work proactively with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
Coordinate model information exchanges to support estimating, VR/AR visualization, and volume homebuilder requirements.
Digital Workflows & Automation Support
Drive digital innovation by integrating computational tools (Dynamo, Python) and custom BIM plug-ins into daily project workflows.
Standardize digital processes, families, and templates to increase team efficiency and accuracy.
Team Mentorship & Project Management
Guide, review, and mentor junior BIM architects and draftspersons on technical modeling standards and best practices.
Track project milestones, manage deliverables, and ensure timelines are met without compromising quality.
Act as a technical link between internal production teams and international clients, delivering clear progress updates and managing technical queries in English.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture or a closely related field.
Experience: Proven experience as a Senior Architect or BIM Lead on complex, large-scale, or international projects.
Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in BIM platforms (primarily Revit), and automated drafting workflows.
Digital Tools: Practical understanding or experience with Dynamo, Python, or BIM plug-in integrations is a strong advantage.
Management & Quality: Strong project management, model auditing, and technical review skills; detail-oriented with high standards for documentation accuracy.
Leadership & Communication: Excellent leadership and mentorship skills. Fluency in English (verbal and written) for effective international client collaboration is essential.
