Mô tả công việc
- Lead and manage the entire design process, from concept to construction, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Oversee and contribute to Design Development (DD) and Construction Drawings (CD) phases of high-profile projects.
- Supervise or assist in Construction Administration (CA) to maintain project integrity and design adherence.
- Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Establish and maintain BIM standards, templates, families, and parameter-driven content from scratch.
- Manage and coordinate BIM models across disciplines, ensuring efficient collaboration and data integration.
- Optimize workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance project efficiency using advanced Revit techniques.
- Conduct training and mentorship for teams to enhance BIM skills and software proficiency is a plus
- Collaborate with international and local teams, including clients, stakeholders, and contractors, ensuring clear communication and high standards.
Yêu cầu
- English Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- International Experience: Proven experience working or studying abroad, with a global perspective on architecture and BIM management.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in Design Development (DD), Construction Drawings/Documents (CD), and ideally, Construction Administration (CA).
- BIM & Revit Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Revit, capable of setting up standards, managing models, and creating content that is parameter-based and scheduling-ready.
- Project Portfolio: Demonstrated experience working on prestigious, complex projects that push the boundaries of conventional design.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and mentor teams, ensuring BIM adoption and implementation across the organization.
