Having strong legal and analytical skills and a record of achieving result. If you are interested in joining our team, you should meet the following Qualifications/Experience, by having:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Law;
- Having at least 02 years of lawyer license;
- Excellent English skills;
- Minimum 05 years of working experience in legal and tax fields, esp.
o licensing and post-licensing matters relating to setting up incorporations, investment projects and other licenses, etc.
o working or interesting in working in taxation issues, tax declarations including CIT, VAT, PIT, Foreign Contractor Withholding Tax,
o liaising with governmental authorities and agencies to seek the related information and/or the required proofs for the handled cases as well as to follow up the ongoing cases; and.
o Having strong research capabilities;
o Providing legal and tax advice on various matters to clients;
o Supporting communication with the tax authorities, etc.
The successful candidate will mainly work at our office in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
