We are a well-established Chartered Accounting practice (CPA) based in Sydney, Australia.
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to work as part of our growing team in our Ho Chi Minh City office, supporting a range of Australian clients.
Our clients are diverse, and you will be working with highly successful companies in various industries such as real estate, healthcare, hospitality, and design, to name a few.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Australian tax accounting.
• Thorough knowledge of Australian tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex tax legislation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering high-quality service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Your responsibilities will include:
• Manage a portfolio of clients, including high-net-worth individuals and businesses.
• Prepare and review complex tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Australian tax laws and regulations.
• Conduct tax research and analysis to identify opportunities for tax planning and optimization.
• Stay up-to-date on changes to Australian tax laws and regulations, and communicate implications to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior staff members, assisting with their professional development and training.
