Senior Backend Golang

Responsibilities
Build and optimize high-traffic backend services using Golang.
Design, implement, and maintain large-scale search indexes, ensuring continuous indexing and fast query performance.
Develop reliable concurrent processing solutions using goroutines, channels, and parallel processing to handle high workloads.
Participate in distributed system architecture and design discussions with the client's engineering team.
Requirements
5+ years of backend development experience, including hands-on production experience with Golang.
Experience building and maintaining large-scale search indexes using Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, Solr, Lucene, or custom indexing solutions.
Strong understanding of concurrency and high-throughput distributed systems.
Good English reading and writing skills, with the ability to participate in technical meetings.
Nice to Have
Ranking/relevance/vector search; Kafka/NATS; stream processing; experience working directly with international clients.
Experience with ranking, search relevance, or vector search.
Experience with message queues such as Kafka or NATS and stream processing.
Previous experience working directly with international clients.
Mandatory: 5+ years backend experience; production experience with Golang; large-scale search indexing (Elasticsearch/OpenSearch/Solr/Lucene/custom index); strong concurrency (goroutines/channels) and high-throughput distributed systems;
