Senior BIM Coordinator

Are you passionate about working with BIM models, discovering design issues before construction, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and preventing clashes before they become costly problems?
We are looking for a BIM Coordinator with a strong passion for Building Information Modelling (BIM) to help drive digital project delivery across architecture, structural, MEP, and infrastructure disciplines.
You will play a key role in coordinating multidisciplinary BIM models, ensuring information consistency, and supporting project teams in delivering high-quality and clash-free designs. Your work will help project teams identify risks early, improve constructability, enhance collaboration, and reduce rework throughout the project lifecycle.
If you enjoy solving complex technical challenges, bringing structure to project information, analyzing model issues, and working closely with designers and engineers to achieve better project outcomes, this role is for you.

What will you do
Define BIM requirements, standards, execution plans, and project information delivery strategies.
Establish and manage BIM platforms, Common Data Environments (CDE), and information management processes.
Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM delivery and support project teams in adopting BIM and digital delivery best practices.
Review, validate, and assure the quality, coordination, and compliance of BIM models and deliverables.
Monitor project BIM performance, risks, information quality, and stakeholder requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Drive innovation, automation, R&D, and continuous improvement initiatives beyond BIM coordination to enhance digital project delivery.

You Should Bring
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
3+ years of BIM coordination experience.
Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, ACC, and Autodesk Forma.
Strong BIM coordination, model management, and clash detection knowledge.
Strong communication skills and professional English proficiency.
Experience with BIM automation tools is an advantage.
