Job Overview
We're seeking talented and visionary Senior Brand Designers to join our team and take our brand storytelling to the next level. You have a deep understanding of design principles, exceptional visual communication skills, and the ability to translate complex ideas into powerful brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Spearhead Brand Creation: Lead the conceptualization and execution of comprehensive brand identities, including logos, visual systems, brand guidelines, and collateral that are both beautiful and strategically sound.
Partner with Clients: Act as a strategic design partner for our clients. Confidently lead workshops, present creative concepts, and translate client feedback into refined, effective solutions.
Champion Creative Vision: Articulate and defend design decisions with clarity and passion. You'll be the storyteller behind the work, presenting to clients and internal teams in a way that builds excitement and consensus.
Drive Conceptual Strategy: Go beyond aesthetics to develop innovative design concepts that are rooted in brand strategy, solve core business problems, and meet marketing objectives.
Inspire & Mentor: Guide and elevate our junior designers, providing constructive feedback, sharing knowledge, and fostering a culture of creative excellence and continuous learning.
Elevate Our Craft: Stay at the forefront of design trends, new technologies, and cultural shifts, constantly seeking opportunities to push our creative boundaries and innovate.
Requirements
Proven Experience: 5+ years of dedicated brand design experience, preferably in a branding agency environment.
A Strategic Portfolio: You have a stunning portfolio that demonstrates not just beautiful final visuals, but your strategic process, conceptual thinking, and the ability to build a comprehensive brand system from the ground up.
Design Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign are essential).
Exceptional Communicator: Outstanding presentation, storytelling, and interpersonal skills. You can articulate the "why" behind your design decisions clearly and persuasively.
A Collaborative Spirit: You thrive in a team-oriented environment, value diverse perspectives, and believe that the best work comes from collaboration and shared success.
Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
Nice to have
Experience with motion design and animation.
Familiar with 3D software (Blender, Cinema 4D, etc)
A strong understanding of packaging design and print production.
Familiarity with UI/UX principles for digital products and web design.
