- Own and develop brand strategies (customer portrait, brand positioning, and brand identity)
- Keep understanding customers and the market by conducting scheduled research
- Track brand TOMA in terms of brand positioning, manage brand identity and consistency
- Keep sharpening the foundation of the new brand (customer portrait, brand positioning, and brand identity)
- Develop brand positioning and brand assets for Sendo Farm
- Lead hero campaigns per year to increase brand awareness

- Collaborate with Business, Partnership, Tech & Finance to build up and deploy the
brand marketing plan (positioning, initiatives, budget planning)
- Develop and deploy monthly brand initiatives, promotion campaigns
- Build integrated marketing communications and complex marketing programs
- Develop and execute 360 degree marketing campaigns (ATL/BTL/digital) with compelling storytelling and consistent brand voice and brand key
- Increase brand visibility coverage in the OFFLINE STATION network
- Collaborate with the Business & Sales teams to manage a series of offline activations in new areas of business - a NEW BRAND focus
- Lead Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Track campaign ROI and continuously optimize for impact

- At least 5 years of strong brand management experience, ideally from retail industry
- Having experience in

- Strong at brand management, consumer understanding, creative and strategic knowledge
- Ability to do quantitative analysis and problem-solving efficiently
- Excellent in written and verbal communication skills (both in English and Vietnamese)
- Strong project management skills
