Be responsible for ensuring that the products and services that fall under their brand resonate with current and potential customers;
Plan, build, develop and organize the implementation of
brand marketing plans according to the company's overall business goals based on continuous analysis and evaluation of the brand, market and consumer psychology.
Take charge of developing a comprehensive marketing plan: product plan, pricing, distribution channels and communication strategy
Market research: Planning, partner selection, supervising consumer survey implementation, analyzing consumer trends and needs.
Evaluate, monitor and optimize the effectiveness of implemented marketing programs.
Manage brand budget, ensure effective spending and brand orientation.
Proactively monitor market and competitor activity
Coordinate with R&D department to build and develop new products, from ideation to product positioning.
Coordinate internal resources (Marketing shared service: ABM, Marcom, Digital, Production, Design, CRM) and external agencies to make sure they're respecting the brand purpose and guidelines throughout every executions and communication;
Be in contact with other departments such as finance control, product development, operations and concept owners to ensure a strategic overview of the business and future market opportunities;
Launch new launches, sustain growth in core products and enliven core portfolio
Develops brand portfolio strategies, provides recommendations on pricing and promotional strategy and on the selection of SKUs for key channels and key customers.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual and ad hoc reports as requested by the Board of Directors.
Ensure sales target achievement and sustainable brand development according to business plan.
Yêu cầu
Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Brand Management/Marketing (preferably with experience in FMCG, Beauty, Personal Care, or Healthcare).
Strong knowledge in brand building, integrated marketing communications (IMC), market research, and consumer insights.
Proficient in planning and executing 360° marketing campaigns, including ATL, BTL, Digital, PR, and Activation.
Ability to analyze data and stay sharp with market trends and consumer behavior.
Skilled in budget management, product portfolio management, and brand positioning.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach and develop team members.
Strategic thinking, creativity, and a strong result-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
