Mô tả công việc
Assist Head of Customer Success in analyzing retail metrics, packaging business use cases, and quantifying project's ROI with the provided frameworks.
Consult customers on frameworks and processes to maximize values of Palexy products with knowledge of the Solution and Retail Industry.
Lead weekly & monthly meetings with clients' Operation team to analyze data, and find rooms to improve store performance.
Identify and resolve challenges with product adoption encountered by the end users throughout the customer's life cycle: onboarding and training, adoption, and retention.
Identify opportunities for product improvement and revenue growth by proactively connecting with customers and understanding their needs.
Yêu cầu
2-3 years experience as a Business Analyst, or similar role;
Good at data analysis, communication and problem-solving skills;
Planning & Good organization skills, honesty, and attention to detail;
A quick learner in new technology tool;
Eagerness to learn, develop, and get involved in a wide range of tasks;
Proficient in English.
