- Lead requirements workshops with German stakeholders and internal leadership
- Elicit, challenge, and document business needs into clear, structured requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Own end-to-end requirements lifecycle with rigorous traceability and quality
- Analyze insurance processes and propose improvements that deliver real business impact
- Drive UAT, validate deliverables, and ensure features meet both business and regulatory standards
- Act as the primary bridge between European business teams and our Hanoi product & engineering teams

Yêu cầu
- 6+ years as a Business Analyst in SaaS or complex digital products (insurance/FinTech experience is a strong advantage)
- Proven ability to work directly with senior international stakeholders
- Exceptional English - fluent, articulate, with clear professional pronunciation (essential for regular calls with German clients)
- Strong track record of asking critical questions, maintaining impeccable structure and organization, and delivering with urgency
- Deep experience with Agile, Jira, Confluence, and requirements documentation standards
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL (strong advantage)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Experience with Figma for wireframing and prototyping (nice-to-have)
- Experience handling and transforming complex CSV and large Excel source files (data cleaning, advanced formulas, Power Query, large datasets - strong advantage)
