We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Business Analyst to join our Product Management team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to plan, validate, and communicate user stories in alignment with Getz's Product Growth Plan. You will work closely with the
Product Owner (PO), Development, and Quality Assurance teams to ensure that our products meet user needs and business objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Gather, interpret, and translate user needs into functional and non-functional requirements - translate business problems into requirements that facilitate application development.
• Prepare user stories, acceptance criteria and prepare mock-ups (sketches) with specific user experience.
• Take initiative in managing time and tasks independently, ensuring efficient project progress and accountability at all stages.
• Analyze product usage data to identify user experience enhancements, providing weekly recommendations on key user stories.
• Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring requirements are communicated effectively across development, QA, and design teams.
• Working closely with the Development team to ensure the effectiveness and quality of new development and enhancements to existing products via clear requirements transfer meetings.
• Working closely with the Product owner and Quality Assurance team to ensure the QA team is briefed on the most important (critical testing) for each user story focusing on human centric issues and impacts.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies including Product Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Retrospective and most importantly Sprint Review to support effective sprint cycles and project alignment.
• At least 3-5 years of experience working as System Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Skilled at analyzing and defining user behaviors across various scenarios, and translating them into clear business and design rules for improved user experience.
• Good at Figma to support wireframing, mockup and effective collaboration with stakeholders, providing detailed UX guidance.
• Apply strong UX and Design Thinking principles to translate user needs into intuitive product solutions.
• Versed with iOS and Web commerce projects with passion in improving the user experience.
• Versed with Agile development framework (Scrum) will be a plus point. Programming skills are not required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize key requirements based on data insights.
• Strong research skills with an attention to details with good experience in E-commerce platform / F&B digital ordering services / Membership wallet. Use data research to find insights and support decisions.
• Experienced in preparing thorough documentation and performing document analysis.
• Strong team-oriented interpersonal skills including facilitation and the ability to effectively interface and work with a wide variety of people.
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
