WE ARE HIRING: Business Analyst
Level: Middle - Senior
Type: Full-time In-house, On-site
About the Role
Digital Unicorn is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the product development lifecycle, you will work closely with clients, product managers, and development teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring successful delivery of digital solutions.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear functional requirements
- Create detailed documentation including BRD, SRS, user stories, and use cases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams following Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Conduct requirement workshops, gap analysis, and process mapping
- Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams
- Ensure traceability and alignment between business goals and delivered solutions
- Participate in testing, validation, and acceptance processes
Your Skills and Experience
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software or digital projects
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks
- Proficient in creating and managing BRD, SRS, and product documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
