Accountable for:
New Partners Development DP: This entails the identification and cultivation of new partnerships to expand our business ecosystem.
Organic & Inorganic Growth on Existing Services Offerings: Focus on increasing the scale and scope of our current service offerings through both organic growth (internal development) and inorganic growth (partnerships, acquisitions, etc.).
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
Collect and Analyze Market Intelligence: Continuously gather and analyze market data to make informed business decisions and stay ahead of market trends.
Target Setting for Growth: Establish clear growth targets and objectives in alignment with the company's strategic goals.
Define Growth Opportunities: Identify and define opportunities for business growth, including new markets, customer segments, and innovative offerings.
Parameters for Success - Individual:
Success in this role will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
New Services Development & Implementation: The ability to conceptualize, develop, and successfully implement new services to expand our service portfolio.
Growth of Existing Services Offerings (Volume & Revenue): Achieving growth in both the volume and revenue of our existing services, demonstrating effective market penetration and customer retention.
Gross Profit Margin of Service Offerings: Maintaining and, where possible, improving the gross profit margin of our service offerings, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.
Yêu cầu
High Language Proficiency: Demonstrated high proficiency in both English and Vietnamese languages, enabling effective and clear communication with stakeholders at all levels, in various forums and engagements.
Business Development Experience: A minimum of 3 years of relevant business development experience, preferably in the B2B sector. Candidates with prior experience in e-voucher or gifting industries are highly preferred.
Analytical and Decision-Making Skills: Possess strong analytical abilities, including scenario mapping, and the capability to make well-informed decisions based on data and insights.
Influencing and Stakeholder Management: Exhibit excellent influencing skills and proficiency in stakeholder management, fostering positive relationships and collaboration with diverse parties.
Excel and Spreadsheet Management: Proficiency in utilizing Excel and other spreadsheet tools for tasks such as budgeting, financial planning, and data analysis.
Strong Personality Traits: Demonstrate a strong personality characterized by the ability to derive insights from data and facts, drive stakeholder engagement, make decisions in ambiguous situations, and possess a proactive attitude to lead and manage projects effectively.
