You want to be an important member of a strong team of other makers who take pride in their work and support each other. As an Senior C&B Officer, you will be responsible for daily C&B Operations including Employee data management, on/off boarding procedures, labor contract renewal process, monthly Payroll, Personal Income Tax and Social insurance operations . WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
C&B operations (60%)
- Updating and maintaining to keep up to date the Personnel database and to ensure data integrity and accuracy in Workday system.
- Be responsible for the procedures in On/Off boarding process and record personal files
- Labor management & handling procedures related to employees (labor contracts, transfer, appointment, termination of labor contracts...)
- Managing Leave application system, timekeeping, overtime, lock time in PMA
- Take responsibility and answer C&B issues related to salary, benefits and compensation management when necessary
- Be responsible for the monthly HR Metrics reports
Payroll (30%)
Responsible for monthly payroll, PIT
Carry out Social insurance operations and resolve regime (sickness, maternity,..)
Others (10%)
Supporting on developing and implementing C&B Policies, Reward & Recognition Programs
Participating in implementing team's projects & initiatives
Other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
If you can do everything listed above, you've got what it takes. Perhaps some of the following would be helpful too:
- Bachelor Degree and above in Human Resources Management/ Business Administration;
At least 4 years of experience in Employee data management in HR system and have experience with Workday system is an advantage
- Understanding of HR processes and data management principles; C&B function
- Proficient in MS word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong Problem-solving, Strong analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support end-users.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good English communication skills.
