About the Role
Our Client are a dynamic and innovative sports event production company seeking an experienced Senior Camera Director with hands-on expertise in sports such as baseball, basketball, curling, or surfing. You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality broadcasts for live events across North America.
This is a unique opportunity to work with a global team and cutting-edge broadcast technology - all remotely from Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and direct PTZ cameras during live sports events
Ensure strong shot composition, smooth transitions & visual storytelling
Operate vMix for switching, live graphics, multi-camera feeds & instant replay
Conduct technical rehearsals & testing prior to each event
Troubleshoot signal and equipment issues in real-time during live productions
Communicate constantly with the North American production team
Maintain broadcast quality standards and support junior camera operators
Yêu cầu
Requirements
3+ years in livestream or broadcast production
Experience with vMix, PTZ camera control & instant replay
Knowledge of NDI / RTMP / SRT, broadcast signal workflows
Strong English communication
Calm under pressure & excellent teamwork
Passion for sports and live production
Experience with remote production and sports broadcasting is a major plus.
