MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years' commercial citrus production experience including irrigation, fertigation, crop protection and orchard management responsibilities.
Experience in citrus orchard management and crop production.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong understanding of citrus production systems.
Knowledge of irrigation, fertilisation and crop protection.
Ability to supervise and motivate farm teams.
Good communication and training abilities.
Fluent English.
Experience with organic citrus production advantageous.
Exposure to grower support or extension programmes advantageous.
International work experience advantageous.
Hands-on and practical.
