JOB TITLE: Middle/Senior DevOps Engineer

JOB LOCATION: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (Hybrid working mode)
OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer with 5-8 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in AWS, automation scripting, container orchestration, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring/logging tools. You will work closely with development and operations teams to build, maintain, and optimize robust, scalable, and secure infrastructure.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS services like EC2, ECS, EKS, S3, IAM, etc.
Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and maintain infrastructure-as-code best practices.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Harness, and related tools.
Build and manage containerized applications using Docker, EKS, and ECS.
Write robust and reusable Python and Shell scripts to automate routine tasks and system operations.
Implement observability and logging using tools like Splunk and OpenSearch.
Collaborate with development teams for seamless integration and deployment of microservices.
Ensure system security, performance tuning, and compliance with enterprise standards.
Participate in on-call rotations and incident response.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Strong experience with AWS cloud services and architecture.
Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation.
Hands-on with Terraform for infrastructure management.
Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Harness.
Deep understanding of containerization using Docker, and orchestration with EKS and ECS.
Strong Shell scripting skills for system automation.
Experience with logging/monitoring tools like Splunk, OpenSearch, or ELK stack.
Familiarity with DevOps best practices, Git-based workflows, and Agile methodologies.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
AWS Certified (Solutions Architect / DevOps Engineer)
Experience with service mesh, secrets management (e.g., HashiCorp Vault), or security automation
Familiarity with Kubernetes-native tools like Helm, ArgoCD is a plus
