Senior Cloud Engineer Private Cloud OpenStack

• We are seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer to operate and optimize our High-Availability Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure, with a primary focus on Private Cloud (OpenStack) supporting mission-critical Digital Financial Products & Infrastructure.
• The role requires strong hands-on experience in production OpenStack environments, with solid capabilities in Linux, networking, automation, and infrastructure troubleshooting

Key Responsibilities

1. Private Cloud - OpenStack (Primary Focus)

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade production OpenStack Private Cloud environments.
• Deploy and manage OpenStack using Kolla-Ansible, TripleO, Genestack, or equivalent.
• Operate core OpenStack services including Nova, Neutron, Keystone, Glance, and Horizon.
• Maintain HA, performance, capacity, and reliability of the Private Cloud platform.
• Perform infrastructure troubleshooting, performance tuning, capacity planning, upgrades, and lifecycle management.
• Handle production incidents, perform RCA, and continuously improve operational stability.

2. Public Cloud - AWS & GCP

• Operate and support infrastructure on AWS and/or GCP.
• Support connectivity between Private Cloud and Public Cloud environments.
• Monitor resource utilization, availability, performance, and infrastructure cost.

3. Kubernetes & Automation

• Operate and support production Kubernetes environments.
• Use Terraform and Ansible to automate infrastructure provisioning and operational tasks.
• Support CI/CD platforms such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.

4. Monitoring, Security & Operations

• Operate infrastructure monitoring and logging platforms such as Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, and ELK/Elastic Stack.
• Follow established security policies and compliance standards, including applicable PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and Zero Trust requirements.
• Participate in on-call, incident management, and ensure defined SLA/SLO targets.

• 4+ years of experience in Cloud/Infrastructure/DevOps Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience operating OpenStack in production.
• Experience with Kolla-Ansible, TripleO, Genestack, or equivalent.
• Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.
• Good understanding of networking, virtualization, HA, and infrastructure operations.
• Strong experience with Terraform and/or Ansible.
• Good production troubleshooting and incident management skills.

Preferred

• Experience with AWS and/or GCP.
• Production experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience in FinTech, Banking, Payment, or other mission-critical environments.
• Experience with hybrid cloud connectivity and large-scale infrastructure operations.
• Relevant AWS/GCP/Kubernetes certifications are a plus.

Salary & Allowances:

• 13th-month salary and quarterly performance-based KPI bonuses
