What You'll Do:
Develop and implement eCommerce strategies to drive sales and profitability on Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok, along with other local eCommerce marketplaces
Work closely with Head of D2C and other departments to optimize product listings, pricing, and promotional activities to increase customer engagement and revenue
Monitor and analyze eCommerce market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
Lead the commercial team in the execution of eCommerce initiatives and ensure goals are met
Prepare and present reports on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant data to Head of D2C and Brands.
Monitor and improve the profitability performance of respective brands and areas
Continuously improve eCommerce processes and systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Collaborate with other teams such as marketing, logistics, and customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience
Who You Are
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Minimum of 5 years' experience in eCommerce, with at least 3 years in a management role
Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, marketplaces and trends
Proven track record of driving sales and profitability on eCommerce platforms
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Strong analytical skills, preferable with P&L knowledge
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
