Our client - a leading global beauty group - is hiring an Senior Commercial Planning Executive (Open to Senior - AM level)!
Join a dynamic commercial planning team and support end-to-end business planning, forecasting, and performance management across channels. You will work closely with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, Category Managers, and KAMs to translate business strategies into accurate forecasts and actionable plans.

Salary:
Up to 35M gross/month + attractive benefits
Key Responsibilities
Business Planning
Manage the end-to-end business planning process with a customer-centric approach.
Integrate customer strategies and promotional plans into business forecasts.
Partner with Category Managers to identify growth opportunities and develop gap-closing actions.
Coordinate with key stakeholders to align monthly business plans with strategic objectives.
Forecasting
Coordinate the bottom-up forecasting process with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams.
Incorporate new product launches into demand forecasts and ensure cross-functional alignment.
Develop SKU- and channel-level forecasts to support business planning.
Monitor forecast trends, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend action plans to support business targets.
Requirements
3 - 5+ years
of experience in
Business Planning, Commercial Planning, Demand Planning, Sales Planning, or Business Analytics.
Strong skills in business planning, forecasting, and scenario management.
Advanced
Excel and Power BI
skills with a strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Professional
English communication skills are required.
