- Take ownership of the overall visual style and art direction of the game, delivering high-quality concept designs for characters, environments, props, and related visual elements.
- Collaborate closely with the UI and Motion teams to ensure consistency between concept art, interface visuals, motion effects, and the overall product experience.
- Build and maintain the visual design language and style guide based on the game's theme and world setting, ensuring visual consistency and scalability.
- Create complete concept artworks - from sketches and mood paintings to final illustrations - demonstrating strong creativity and artistic execution.
- Contribute to the definition and iteration of the game's art style, proposing innovative visual ideas to enhance product quality.
- Work cross-functionally with
designers, UI artists, motion designers, and engineers to ensure timely delivery and high visual quality.
- Review outsourced or collaborative art assets and provide feedback to ensure compliance with the project's visual standards.
Yêu cầu
- Minimum 5 years of experience in game concept art, with at least one shipped project; experience in card, poker, casual, or casino-style games is a plus.
- Strong artistic fundamentals in form, composition, color, and lighting, capable of independently delivering high-quality artworks.
- Proficient in Photoshop or other major digital painting tools, with strong efficiency and adaptability in production.
- Skilled in Western cartoon art style, with the ability to apply and adapt it flexibly based on project needs.
- Good understanding of various visual cultures and market styles (e.g., Japanese, Korean, Southeast Asian).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively in an English-speaking work environment with UI, motion, and design teams.
Nice to have:
- Experience in defining or leading visual style development for games.
- Understanding of 3D fundamentals, including lighting, spatial structure, and perspective.
- Fluent English communication and collaboration skills.

14 months' salary means a bonus for half a year's work equivalent to one month's salary, and it is also granted based on performance evaluation results.
