Senior Consultant 500 - 800 USD - Work In Da Nang

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as the first member of our new Da Nang branch. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in establishing and growing our presence in Da Nang. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a passion for providing exceptional client service.
As the first key employee of MNB Danang branch, you will do.
* Bookkeeping Services
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including journal entries and ledger maintenance.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
* Financial Statement Preparation
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Conduct detailed analysis of financial statements to identify trends and insights.
* Tax Filing and Compliance
- Manage and execute tax filing processes for clients.
- Ensure compliance with Vietnamese tax regulations and deadlines.
* Client Consultation and Research
- Provide expert advice on accounting and tax-related matters to clients.
- Address client inquiries and offer tailored solutions to meet their financial needs.
- Investigate and stay updated on Vietnamese tax laws, regulations, and official letters.
- Ensure all accounting and tax practices adhere to current legal and regulatory standards.
* Knowledge Sharing and Team Collaboration
- Share knowledge and best practices with team members to foster continuous learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and deliver high-quality services.
* Standardization Skills
- Develop and implement standardized procedures for accounting and tax tasks.
- Ensure consistent application of best practices across all client engagements.
* IT, AI, and System Utilization
- Leverage IT systems and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy in accounting tasks.
- Utilize AI tools to automate routine processes and improve data analysis.
- Continuously seek ways to improve the use of technology and AI in daily operations.

- Gross monthly salary: 500 - 800 USD (Paying insurance upon full salary)
- Training in Ha noi at least 2 week before starting work to understand our culture and rules.

- Chief Accountant Course: Based on actual invoice amount.
- Allowance for CTA: 1.150.000 VNĐ/month
- Allowance for CPA: 1.150.000 VNĐ/month

- Allowance for Speaker of Seminar: 1.150.000 VNĐ/time.
