. This full-time position is based in HCMC, Vietnam, allowing you to learn and to become a part of our journey to make a significant impact to Vietnam office operation and its' growth.
Job Descriptions
Oversee day-to-day tasks of accounting, tax, and financial compliance
Ensure compliance with Vietnamese regulations and alignment with international standards (e.g., IFRS).
Act as a point of escalation for complex issues and provide practical solutions.
Assist in coaching and guiding team members to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
Ensure statutory filings, tax obligations, and reporting deadlines are met accurately and on time.
Keep updated on regulatory changes and advise on potential impacts.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA preferred.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience (professional service industry is a plus)
Solid knowledge of Vietnamese accounting and tax regulations, with strong understanding and practical experience in applying IFRS.
Strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
