Role overview:
As the Content Senior, you will own the performance content strategy for TikTok Ads and
Livestreams. You'll manage a team of content executives, define content angles, build
playbooks, and collaborate closely with the Ad Lead and Creator Lead to ensure every video
meets clear campaign objectives.
This is a data-driven leadership role that combines creative understanding with performance
insights. You will turn product briefs into scalable content strategies, track content effectiveness,
and continually iterate based on metrics like hook rate, CTR, and retention.
Responsibility:
● Build and maintain Content Angle Libraries, including hooks, visual formulas, and CTA
variants.
● Design and maintain content SOPs and briefing templates for creators and internal
content producers
● Define and update content KPIs, working with the ad team to align with ROAS and GMV
goals
● Lead weekly content reviews based on data (view rate, watch time, hook rate, etc.)
Team Management
● Lead a team of 4 full-time + 2 part-time content executives
● Oversee execution and review process for TikTok ad videos and livestream content
● Train junior team members to understand content scoring and platform best practices
● Approve content angles and ensure consistency across campaigns
● Work closely with the Ad Leader (G3) to align angles with audience targeting &
performance feedback
● Partner with the Creator Lead (G4) to ensure proper creator matching, script briefing,
and UGC optimization
● Provide weekly reporting on team output, win-rate of content angles, and improvement
areas
Yêu cầu
2+ years in content marketing or UGC production with a performance angle, ideally in TikTok or eCommerce.
● Strong analytical thinking - able to draw insights from TikTok metrics (View Rate, CTR,
Hook Rate, A3 Retention, etc.)
● Excellent at brief writing, angle ideation, and creative evaluation
● Basic video editing skills.
● Comfortable with Google Sheets, Lark, Notion, and TikTok Ad Manager
● Creative, data-driven, with the ability to develop and execute content ideas.
● Preference for candidates with experience working in agencies or the eCommerce
industry.
● Research and data analysis skills related to the industry and clients.
● Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a high-speed environment
