SENIOR CORPORATE FINANCE SPECIALIST

Location: 200B Nguyen Van Huong, An Khanh, Thu Duc City, HCM
Working Hours: Mon-Fri (9:00-18:00), Sat (9:00-12:00, WFH)
Role Overview
This strategic role is responsible for leading fundraising activities, structuring investments, and supporting corporate financial planning. You will work closely with executive leadership, investors, financial institutions, and strategic partners to secure funding and drive sustainable expansion.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Capital Raising & Investor Engagement
Develop and execute fundraising strategies across equity, debt, project finance, and strategic investments
Build and manage relationships with investors, funds, banks, and financial institutions (local & international)
Prepare investment materials including pitch decks, financial models, and investment memorandums
Participate in negotiations on investment terms, financing agreements, and capital structure
🔹 Corporate Finance & Financial Modeling
Build and maintain financial models for fundraising, valuation, and strategic planning
Conduct feasibility studies, investment analysis, and risk-return assessments
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
🔹 Financial Strategy & Risk Management
Advise leadership on optimal financing strategies and capital structures
Identify and manage financial risks related to investment and funding activities
Coordinate with legal, audit, and compliance teams to ensure regulatory compliance
🔹 Stakeholder Management & Reporting
Collaborate with Strategy, Legal, Project Development, and Operations teams
Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for management and investors
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Investment, Economics, Accounting, or related fields
5-7 years of experience in corporate finance, investment, or capital raising
Strong experience working with investors, banks, or financial institutions
Expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis
Excellent analytical, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong English communication skills for investor-facing activities
Experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, or large-scale projects is a strong advantage
