Job Summary
The Customer Quality Assurance Engineer ensures products meet internal and external quality standards before shipment, handles customer complaints, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer complaints, returns, and quality requirements.
Conduct root cause analysis, dimensional checks, and coordinate with customers to verify corrective and preventive actions.
Lead Out of Box Audits (OBA), Use Tests, and quality improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with IPQA to analyze data, implement containment, and drive corrective, preventive, and continuous improvement actions.
Support OBA & Use Test Supervisor in team management and training.
Work with cross-functional teams to meet delivery and production goals while maintaining quality standards.
Maintain and enhance TTI's quality management systems.
Yêu cầu
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 4 years of quality-related experience, particularly in handling customer complaints. Familiarity with metal, plastic, electrical, or electronic products is a plus.
Proficient in quality tools and methods (Six Sigma, ISO 9001, FMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC, DOE, 8D). Six Sigma Green Belt certification is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and proactively.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
Proficient in MS Office and Outlook.
