How You'll Make an Impact
As a Senior Data Analyst at Trusting Social, you'll be at the core of our data-driven decision-making process. You'll analyze and interpret complex datasets to provide actionable insights that directly influence our strategic direction, product enhancements, and operational efficiency. Your work will not only improve our internal processes but also contribute directly to democratizing credit access for millions in emerging markets.
What You'll Do
- Develop & Maintain Analytics Tools: Assist in the creation and upkeep of essential reports, dashboards, and analytical tools that empower sound business decisions.
- Conduct In-Depth Analysis: Perform thorough data analyses focused on practical problems that drive significant business improvements.
- Innovate Infrastructure: Support the maintenance and innovation of our analyst infrastructure, including code bases and business intelligence tools.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with various departments to enhance workflows and boost overall organizational efficiency.
- Strengthen Our Team: Participate in talent acquisition and management efforts to help build and strengthen our analytics capabilities.

What We're Looking For
We need a proactive, insightful, and technically skilled Senior Data Analyst who can turn data into action:
- Insight Generation: You're exceptional at asking the right questions that lead to actionable business insights.
- Analytical Prowess: Strong skills in conducting thorough analyses, whether through data analysis, market research, or effective cross-team communication.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in SQL and Python for data querying and manipulation.
- Critical Thinking: An aptitude for critically evaluating data outcomes, uncovering key insights, and challenging assumptions.
- Tech Adaptability: A keen interest and proven ability to leverage new technologies to enhance work quality and productivity.
- Industry Experience: A proven track record in banking, fintech, or retail business intelligence teams is highly advantageous.
