JOB REQUIREMENTS
At least 3 years of experience in IT outsourcing, preferably at a company of similar scale to VMO.
Strong experience working with clients in Singapore, the US, and Australia.
Excellent English communication skills in all four skills: speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in Healthcare, Insurance, or ESG is preferred.
Strong ownership, business acumen, and results-driven mindset.
Preferred Profile
Proven experience managing multiple projects and leading PMs.
Stable career history and a strong commitment to long-term growth with the company.
