Senior Design Engineer (CNC)

Education: Bachelor or higher degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent specializations.
Experience:
• 5+ years' experience in design modelling and assembly techniques
• Experience with product design per ISO 9001
• Experience with process design per IATF 16949 is plug
• Knowledge of thermal dynamic, material science, local supplier-capabilities
• CAD/CAM & CAE software: Proficient in SolidWorks and AutoCAD, Master CAM able to use application programming interface (API), Finite Analysis programs (SolidWorks, Manufacturing Simulation).
• Experience with QA-tools (SPC, FMEA, Problem Solving, PVC,...)
• Experience with documentation and ERP system (engineering change request, waiver/ deviation,...)
• Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Email

Special abilities:
• Demonstrates good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions, write technical reports.
• Ability to create, schedule and coordinate cross-functional activities from concept through production
• In depth knowledge of all manufacturing processes in Vietnam.
• Capability to successfully work with employees in a multi-cultural, global team environment
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and issues involving external and internal priorities
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, lead group discussions
• Set a high standard of ethics, professionalism
