A. Protect the firm's repute and principles;
B. Assist and support Management in implementing company policies;
C. Maintain Design Standard;
D. Take a lead role in feasibility studies, design, design development, tender documentation and contract administration;
E. Provide guidance, training and supervision of junior staff.
Yêu cầu
- Assist Senior Associate or Director in delegation of job assignments;
- Be familiar and current with regulations and codes governing construction and architectural practice;
- Preparing and presenting feasibility reports and design proposals to the client;
- Represent the firm in advising clients on matters relating to contracts, design and authority compliance;
- Supervision and management of applications for planning and building control departments;
- Specifying the nature and quality of materials required;
- Preparing tender documents for contracts;
- Administration of contracts;
- Project management and coordination;
- Making site visits to monitor progress and workmanship;
- Resolving problems and issues that arise during construction;
- Meet project schedules and maintain high standards.
