1. Infrastructure Management and Operations (On-Premise)
Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure following DevOps methodologies, ensuring security, continuity, and scalability.
Manage activities related to DevSecOps, including security automation, source code scanning, and continuous security assessment.
Integrate and operate CI/CD tools to optimize software development and infrastructure workflows.
Perform other related technical tasks as required.
2. Security System Implementation and Operations
Manage, deploy, and maintain security systems such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, and other network security solutions.
Develop and enforce security policies to ensure protection and compliance with standards such as ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC 2, etc.
Monitor and respond to security incidents, ensuring the system operates safely and reliably.
Set up and maintain monitoring and logging systems to detect and respond promptly to potential threats.
Collaborate closely with software development teams and security teams to ensure security standards are integrated throughout the software development and system operations lifecycle.
Create and maintain technical documentation on deployment processes, system configurations, and security policies.
Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans to identify and remediate weaknesses in the system.

Yêu cầu
Degree in IT,
Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years of experience in SRE/DevOps roles, especially with On-Premise infrastructure.
2+ years of technical team management experience.
Strong understanding of Agile/SCRUM or Kanban workflows.
Experience in entertainment/OTT or video streaming is a plus.
Proficient in virtualization and containerization (VMware, KVM, Docker, Kubernetes).
Solid knowledge of system, network, and application security (VPN, Firewall, IDS/IPS).
Skilled in Linux/Unix, configuration tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
Familiar with security standards (ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC 2).
Experience with monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk).
Good understanding of networking (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS).
Scripting in Shell, Go, or Python.
Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Familiar with CI/CD tools (Git, Ansible, Terraform).
