Senior DevOps/SRE Engineer

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer with a strong focus on CI/CD.
Strong proficiency with Docker containerization.
Demonstrated experience implementing and managing Kubernetes clusters, including deployments, services, ingress controllers, and custom resources.
Strong experience with AWS services, particularly EKS, IAM, ECR, and VPC networking.
Solid understanding of CI/CD principles and pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or BitBucket Pipelines).
Proficient in shell scripting (Bash) and at least one programming language (Go, Python, or JavaScript).
Experience with security scanning tools (dependency scanning, SAST).
Knowledge of monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, and Jaeger.
Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices.
Proficiency with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code practices.
Proficiency in English and/or Japanese for international collaboration.
Preferred Requirements
Having any of the following requirements is a plus:
- Experience with implementing service mesh technologies.
- Experienced with [protected info] backend development (NestJS or Parse).
- Experienced with MongoDB or PostgreSQL.
- Experience implementing GitOps workflows using tools like ArgoCD or Flux.
- Agile mindset in product development.
- Certification in DevOps-related technologies (CKA, CKAD, or Terraform Associate, etc)
- Experience with observability patterns in microservices architectures.
- Prior work with PagerDuty or similar incident management systems.
- Experience with advanced Helm chart development.
- Network security in containerized environments.
