Senior Director Product Management MG

Job description

As Senior Director Product Management MG you will be responsible for driving growth and maximise EBITDA for the product area on a short to medium term (<5 years), in alignment with overall strategic direction. You will proactively steer and manage product profitability, product specification and development, business development, technical service and marketing for the product area.

Your main duties will be to:

Drive growth and maximise EBIT for the product area in alignment with overall strategic direction. Set, implement and follow up pricing strategy
Create and implement the business plan (1-3 years), and drive yearly actions for MG
Manage, motivate and lead direct reporting directors and managers
Follow up and secure that identified progress measures and KPI ́s (Sales, EBITDA, OTIF) are delivered
Steer marketing to support the product area with sales and marketing tools and activities
Take necessary initiatives to adjust the balance between incoming orders and production capacity
Proactively participate in the Management Team of Business Area Sack & Kraft Paper

You will be part of a large international business team and report to Vice President Business Area Sack & Kraft Paper. Frequent travelling is expected, domestic and international.

Qualifications

A University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
10+ years of experience in global B2B sales
Minimum 5 years of significant responsibility for staff
Deep product and technical knowledge
Solid knowledge about the global market, business structure and competitive landscape
