1. Sales:
o Take care of channel Lazada to achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly business target and relevant KPIs.
o Be the brand's representative in negotiations with platform KAM for promotional deals and visibility enhancements
o Work with E-commerce Enabler teams to manage LZD store, develop online merchandising, promotion plan and manage digital budget by campaigns/baseline
o Maintain a comprehensive library of appropriate data: Deals Tracker, Sales Data, Traffic, Conversion Rate, etc.
o Produce campaign mechanics to optimize customer experience and maximize sales potential based on various factors i.e analyzing and identifying best-selling SKUs (price points, models, colors or styles).
2.
Business development and Ecom projects:
o In-charge of Ecommerce sales projects to develop new categories' sales in platforms from planning to execution (Panasonic Battery, Air Purifier,...)
o Work with external and internal teams to ensure smooth operation of projects
o Other tasks assigned by line manager.
3. Operations:
o End-to-end order processing on the system & follow up/manage delivery for all Small Appliances orders by co-working with external and internal stakeholders.
o Monitor and manage all platforms' operation KPIs for Small Appliances, aiming for good performance; alert and solve issues when any metric on down trend.
o Manage stock to ensure ATP (available-to-purchase) in all Ecom platforms for campaign and baseline days.
o In-charge of guiding buyers about warranty regulations and solving arising issues.
o Check return requests from buyers and approve/claim platforms to minimize loss costs.
o Finance reconciliation for the assigned platforms
o Issue VAT invoice upon end-user's request
o Manage Ecom customer services to enhance CX by increasing good rating reviews & solve CS issues.
