Mô tả công việc

Campaign Development & Execution

Build and launch personalized, multi-channel campaigns (email, push, in-app, SMS) using Braze or SFMC.
Apply advanced personalization with Liquid, AMPscript, or similar languages.
Develop automated customer journeys with detailed segmentation and targeting logic.
Manage end-to-end execution: QA, testing, scheduling, monitoring.

Audience & Data Management

Collaborate with data teams to use customer insights and behavioral data for segmentation.
Work with APIs and integration tools to ensure accurate data flow and customer profiles.
Maintain data hygiene and ensure compliance with privacy and email regulations.

Optimization & Analytics

Run A/B and multivariate tests to optimize engagement and retention.
Track KPIs, analyze results, and deliver actionable recommendations.
Troubleshoot deliverability, rendering, and technical issues.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with product, creative, data, and engineering teams to deliver cohesive customer experiences.
Contribute to CRM strategy and recommend improvements based on data and platform capabilities.

Yêu cầu

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or marketing automation.
Strong hands-on skills with Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Canvas, Automation Studio).
Proficient in HTML/CSS and familiar with scripting languages (Liquid, AMPscript).
Understanding of REST APIs, data integrations, and MarTech tools.
Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate campaign performance.
Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Nice-to-Have

Experience in QSR, retail, or large consumer brands.
Advanced Liquid or AMPscript skills.
SQL knowledge for segmentation/reporting.
Experience with CDPs (Segment, mParticle, Tealium).
Basic JavaScript and awareness of CRM best practices.
